Kids Act Up 2

Our theatre company is founded on the belief that every individual, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to express themselves creatively and be celebrated for their unique 
voice.  Our theatre exists to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where students with special needs can explore the performing arts, build confidence, and develop meaningful social and communication skills. Locally, we aim to create a more inclusive community, and more broadly, we strive to increase awareness and appreciation for the talents and contributions of individuals with disabilities in the arts. 
We hope to foster a community that values diversity, promotes inclusion, and challenges stereotypes about individuals with special needs. Our goal is to create lasting social impact by 
increasing visibility and representation for people with disabilities in theatre and encouraging others to view them as capable, creative, and essential members of the artistic community. 
We have developed adaptive theatre programs and inclusive productions that are tailored to the strengths and needs of our students. These productions will include public performances that invite families, educators, and the broader community to celebrate the work and talent of our participants.
